Website help
Signing in, or a forgotten password
Sign in the way you created your account: with Google, or with your email and password. If you forgot your password, write to javid@scoutics.ai from your account’s email address and we will reset it; never send the password itself. If you signed up with Google, use “Sign in with Google” instead.
Cancelling or changing a website plan
Open Account and choose Manage subscription: payment method, invoices and cancellation are in Stripe’s customer portal, and a cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. Change plans from Pricing. Website plans and the iOS app’s FPL Pro are separate purchases.
Missing or old prices
Each price shows when it was captured. Prices are pulled in the morning, hourly through the day and about an hour before each kickoff; anything older than 6 hours is marked as expired and nothing is judged on it. A game with no price means the US apps have not priced it in our feed yet.
Saved lineups
On a sport page: choose players, then Save lineup (free). The simulator below uses the lineup you last saved; a change after saving does nothing until you save again, and Undo back to the saved lineup clears the warning. This browser keeps your saved lineup when you come back.
Simulation limits and credits
Running a saved lineup needs a signed-in plan and uses a custom-lineup simulation; 100 fast simulations need Pro. Scoutics for Coaches gives one free test a day without an account. Credits reset monthly, also on yearly plans. See Pricing.
FPL iOS app help
The FPL app is in early access and is not yet open to everyone in the App Store (see the FPL page). If you already have it, this is how sign-in and purchases work.
Signing in or returning to the app
Use the same sign-in method you used to create your Scoutics account. After browser sign-in, return to the app. If sign-in fails, send the displayed error to support without sharing your password or verification code.
Importing an FPL squad
Open Squad and search for your manager or team name, or enter your numeric FPL Team ID. The Team ID is the number after /entry/ in your FPL history address. Scoutics does not need your FPL password. Review the imported squad, bank and available free transfers before calculating.
Player forecasts and fixtures
Stats lets you browse player rankings and fixtures separately from your transfer plan. Use the question mark beside Explore players for definitions. Forecasts are estimates, not guaranteed points. A dash means data is unavailable; pull down to refresh or use Retry if a request failed.
FPL Pro purchases, restoration and cancellation
For a subscription purchased in the iOS app, use Restore Purchases in the FPL Pro section or Manage to open Apple's subscription settings. Use the same Apple account that made the purchase. Scoutics website subscriptions and Apple FPL Pro subscriptions are separate products; contact support if you need help identifying a charge.
